Total 100 MTs to be trained in three different batches at National level.
· Duration of Training: 4 days
· Type of Training: Residential
· 30 MT for Program managers training and 10 for Bridge population TI training
· Selection:
30 from the cadres of JD/DD/AD of SACS and TL/TE of TSU.
10 from the cadres of JD/DD/AD of TI Division and TL/TE-TI or Program officers TI.
· Facilitator for MT Training: Senior officers of NACO and experts from the development sector would be providing training for MTs.
· Methodology: PPT, Group Discussion, Presentation, Mock Session, Roleplay
· Monitoring: Senior Officials of NACO, Consortium representatives and CB Hub may be observing the sessions with proper feedback and recommendations.
