- To build the capacity of different cadres of NACP staff, at different levels, on all components of NACP, through physical and virtual training courses (with particular focus of training the staff of Migrant and Truckers’ TIs)
- To develop a cadre of Master Trainers, at different levels
- To transfer the learning tools and training materials to the national program and the network of institutes
