The project will be in charge of training programme monitoring and assessment, as well as quality assurance. To ensure quality assured training for NACP staff, the project will build instruments for pre/post-training testing, as well as post-training (on-the-job) evaluation.
Based on the Project Implementation Plan (PIP), a Performance Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) for the CB component will be prepared. The consortium has designed a common reporting format (qualitative and quantitative) for submission and assessment.
The associate consultant- CB Hub/ Administrator shall prepare training reports under the supervision of the Master Trainer. For improved quality training, the CB Hub should be reviewed and feedback offered to the MTs.
Observer’s Role: In every training, the MT must nominate an observer who will be objective and non-judgmental.
