Training of Trainer (ToT) for Master Trainers (MT)
Total 100 MTs to be trained in three different batches at National level.

· 30 MT for Program managers training and 10 for Bridge population TI training
· Selection:
30 from the cadres of JD/DD/AD of SACS and TL/TE of TSU.
10 from the cadres of JD/DD/AD of TI Division and TL/TE-TI or Program officers TI.
Workshop for PD/APD:
The Project will organize exclusive Workshop for all the Program Directors / Additional Program Directors to enhance their knowledge on the Project and to get maximum support and involvement of this Cadre in Capacity Building initiatives under this Project.
· Duration of Training: 1 day (Registration and interaction with senior NACO officials during the evening events – Prior to the training)
· Type of Training: National level Residential Training
· Number of Participants: 40 PD/APD would be attended training in the evening prior to the training date for More interactive and sharing, exchange of ideas / program
· Methodology: Panel Discussion, PPT, Participatory interaction
Training of NACO officials along with officials from MoHFW
All NACP workforce training would be divided into two parts, National level, and state level.
National Level: NACO officials along with MoHFW (NACO-nominated officials) will be trained at national level. NACO-NACP workforce training will be conducted at National level, Non-Residential 3 days training.
Total participants: 106, Number of Batches-03.

Facilitator for NACO Participants: Senior officials of NACO, MTs
Methodology: PPT, Group Discussion, Presentation
Monitoring: Senior Officials of NACO, Consortium representatives and CB Hub may be observing the sessions with proper feedback and recommendations.
State Level: SACS, TSU and DAPCU official trainings are to be organized at state and cluster level.
In a few states, the existing HR clubbed with the nearby state for a minimum size of participation and sharing of experiences. All state and cluster level training of the NACP workforce will be non residential.

Training of DACO (District AIDS Control Officers)
Districts AIDS Control officers (DACO) training will be organized at the state level for a day. As
suggested DACO training will be residential training. Total participants: 725, Number of Batches-36
Facilitators: PD-SACS, State TB Officer, SACS officials and MTs
Duration of Training: 1 day
Type of Training: Residential
Number of Participants: 20 – 40 Participant per Batch/ STATE (as per the HR available)
Facilitator for State Participants: SACS officers +Outsourcing and CB Hub MT
Monitoring: Senior Officials of NACO / Representatives of Consortium / SACS officials / TSU Officials / CB Hub maybe observe the sessions with proper feedback.
Training of Bridge population TI Staffs:
Bridge population staff trainings will be conducted at state / cluster level as per the batch size and suitability. Three days residential training will be organized for 323 TIs and around 963 participants. CB Hub must enhance the knowledge and skills of the senior TI team members ofBridge population TI ta state and cluster level.

TI (Exclusive and Composite)
Topics to be covered: Program management, Counselling, Outreach approach and data management module.
